How To Order
The default currency is US Dollars. Once you change this it will be maintained in future visits to our site. Please do not change currency in the middle of an order. Use the links the page to browse through our jewelry items by category. The different sizes available for each item are shown. Enter the quantity you want for each size and press 'Add to Cart' just once per page. You can even go straight to another page, this will adjust the order if you have made any changes to the quantities or colors on the page. When finished proceed to 'View Shopping Cart'. You can also make changes to your order here. Then decide which payment option suits your needs.
Back Orders
What happens if my order is not in stock? If your order is not in stock and you gave us your credit card details, we will not process your card. We will first contact and offer you similar substitutes. If you agree to it then we will process your card and send your order out. Normally, it takes about 2-4 weeks to produce an order that is not in stock.
If your order is in stock, we can arrange shipment immediately after receipt of payment. If you gave us your credit card details, this means your order will be processed in a few days. Please allow 5 days for shipment to reach you from the date we send it.

All orders for USA are shipped from USA. You do not have to worry about customs or duties. We have the following flat charges (if there is a difference that must be discussed we will contact you)

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied and if you are a retail customer we will be happy to exchange your purchase. You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full exchange.
